Platform Eligibility & Purpose
ApnaVyapar is a B2B networking platform connecting wholesalers and retailers in India.
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your business.
- GST registration is optional for all users. Both retailers and wholesalers can use the platform without providing GST information.
- The platform facilitates discovery and connection only—we do not process orders, payments, or provide logistics services.
Account Security & Responsibilities
Maintain truthful, up-to-date information at all times.
- Keep login credentials secure and notify us immediately of suspected misuse.
- Update or delete inaccurate listings, media, or pricing information as soon as it changes.
- ApnaVyapar may suspend or terminate accounts that violate community guidelines, infringe laws, or encourage fraud.
Listings & Content Guidelines
Products and services shared on the platform must respect local laws.
- Only upload products that you are legally permitted to sell in India. Prohibited items will be removed without notice.
- GST information is optional. If provided, it should be accurate and match your business entity for credibility.
- Listing images, descriptions, and prices should be accurate. Misleading content may result in account suspension.
Subscriptions & Offline Payments
ApnaVyapar does not have an online payment gateway.
- The app is designed for subscription request submission only. Our team will contact you to complete payment through offline methods.
- No online payment information (credit cards, UPI, etc.) is collected or processed through the platform.
- Subscription benefits are activated after offline payment confirmation. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Policy Updates & Support
We continuously improve security, compliance, and reliability.
- Features may evolve over time; we will notify you of material policy changes.
- Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
